Reggae Singer Luciano can go to USA

Luciano.. the man sometimes described as roots + culture is now 'free' to fly to the United States once more. The Jamaican reggae singer who was allegedly harassed on stage whilst performing in Nigeria recently were given his permit to enter the states. The soultry singer was stripped of his visa after it was alleged that he harboured a criminal.. but this was dropped due to insufficient evidence.
