When Movado is not wanted by the local authorities in Jamaica the dancehall sing-j does things like getting the likes of Akon and Rick Ross for a new track called “Rise Up.” The gully gawd channels his inner rebel and puts it down on the track. The vocals laid down by Konvict Muzik’s co-founder is perfect for the song’s theme. Add in Ross’ verse, and this song is well put together.
