Buju Banton is now bracing for the long hall of jail time and since he has been there for some 18 months or more the Jamaican Reggae\Dancehall superstar has already made provisions to make good use of his time. Buju will be pursuing a masters of science degree in the field of Political Science and Economics. The dj according to reports was already attending classes and have passed the preliminary entry stages of the programme.
Well buju did not see it fit to put all his time on making music whilst in prison, now this is a pleasant surprise and we hope he will be successful in his efforts to better himself and rehabilitated to a point where he would have sense enough not to taste coke taken from strangers. Mr Banton, really don't need a masters to tell him that...
Well he can go into politics on his return home... with that qualification under his belt, he doesn't need a visa to the US.. nor need to have a clean criminal record to enter into Jamaican politics ...trust me.
