The police are in the process of formulating a case against Dancehall star Mavado. This in relation to comments made by Mavado at the recently concluded Sting stage show. According to media reports the Sing-J made some statements in relation to a shooting incident involving the police in the Cassava Piece Community recently.
According to the report the police are reviewing the sting video tape to find substance relating to the allegation.
Already 2009 got off on the wrong footing for the artists. But I expect that things will change around as soon as they get back in studio and write more songs about these incidents. Anytime things like these happen you know a hit tune is forthcoming.
But in the mean time the man dem a confuse the whole 'art and life' concept... I always here there is a thin line between love and hate but for these entertainers namely Vybz Kartel, Mavado and Bounty Killer there is a thin line between art and life.
